Executive Chef Colin Auckerman has designed a menu offering a special appetizer, entrée and dessert, each paired with a specially selected Brothers Craft Brewing beer.
Pastry Chef Avery Fary of Bella Gelato has also created both a gelato and dessert incorporating either a Brothers Craft stout or porter. Both desserts are featured on the menu's dessert course.
